AMY E. FELDMAN, Esq.
Employment and Consumer Law Expert for Television and Radio

  Amy E. Feldman, Esq. is a nationally syndicated legal correspondent and the General Counsel of the Judge Group, Inc., a $200 million national placement firm. Formerly an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP, Amy specializes in employment and consumer-related issues. She has a simple take on the law: what you don’t know could get you sued. She has made her reputation not only by telling people how to avoid getting sued, but what rights they have regarding office shenanigans, verbal abuse, household liabilities, and more. She also reports on recent court decisions, like whether you can actually remain anonymous if you write an anonymous blog. For more info about this case, please contact:

Amy has extensive media experience as a legal expert on television and radio. She appears weekly on Fox Philadelphia’s Good Day Philadelphia and has appeared on The Fox Business Channel’s America’s Nightly Scoreboard, It’s Your Call With Lynn Doyle on CN-8, and NBC’s The Maury Show. In addition to television, she is a nationally-syndicated legal correspondent whose segments are broadcast every weekday in thirty-five markets in eighteen states. She is also the legal business correspondent for KYW News Radio, heard in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, where her segments run eight times throughout each weekend and she is heard live weekly on Reporter’s Roundup. Amy has addressed a broad range of consumer and business- and finance-related topics including:
  • Whether betting on an office NCAA pool is legal;
  • Inappropriate Christmas gifts for coworkers;
  • Who gets the ring if the engagement is broken;
  • Changes in consumer bankruptcy laws;
  • Whether consensual romantic relationships constitute sexual harassment;
After graduating from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts, she received both a law degree and a Masters in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Feldman’s strength lies in her ability to explain complex legal issues in a way people can understand. Rather than focusing on high-profile trials or Supreme Court decisions like every other TV lawyer, she is an expert in providing legal advice for things that truly matter in your life.

Amy E. Feldman is General Counsel for The Judge Group.
